Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as a Consulting Partner: Technology Strategy . This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand an established 60-member Technology Strategy Consulting team comprising business consultants and technical architects. Your mission will be to elevate the team to a world-leading technology advisory practice. Key Responsibilities: Business Leadership:  Serve as the Profit and Loss (P&L) owner for the Technology Strategy business unit.  Develop and execute a strategic vision and operating plan to achieve long-term growth and profitability. Team Development:  Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing consulting team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Strategic Delivery:  Lead critical client engagements, delivering high-impact strategy and roadmap projects.  Guide clients in making informed decisions on long-term technology strategy, architectural frameworks, and product selection. Thought Leadership:  Drive the creation of intellectual property, assets, and partnerships to establish a strong market position.  Provide insights and thought leadership to solve complex business challenges using technology. Requirements:  Proven leadership experience in a technology strategy or advisory practice within a reputed consulting firm.  Approximately 20 years of experience advising senior technology stakeholders on strategy, performance improvement, architectural decisions, and technology adoption.  Multinational experience and a track record of working with diverse global teams.  Demonstrated expertise in leveraging technology to address business challenges.  MBA from a recognized institution.  Hands-on experience delivering technology strategy and roadmap projects.  Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and product vendors.
