• Should have hands on experience in handling Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident Management process
• Should have experience in running BAU Operations
• Knowledge in CMDB is added advantage
• Knowledge in Service Now, any Industry live Monitoring tool is added advantage
• Experience in handling Command Center is added advantage
• Should have experience in handling Team and Customer facing Experience
• Translating the KPIs into operational parameters and set up the overall engagement governance
• Conducting a detailed due diligence on the scope of work and specific areas to be transitioned
• Working out the interfaces, protocols for dependencies on other service providers
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Support change management at the organizational level
