Risk Management Analyst (Financial Crime), Dublin.
Location/Office Policy: Hybrid Central Park Leopardstown Dublin 18- Do you have a passion for preventing fraud and money laundering?

- Are you ready to deliver on our regulatory requirements and support our Financial Crime centre of excellence teams?
- Working on your own initiative as part of a team to deliver effective risk management practices across all Financial Crime teams.
- Seek out ways to enhance processes and controls to mitigate risk by continuously challenging current processes and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different business areas, build effective relationships and maintain independent oversight to manage FC risks across the bank.
- Secretariat to several internal governance fora.
- Coordinating the Business Continuity Management plan for the function.
- Reviewing and challenging the existing risk and control framework.
- Manage the central Financial Crime Risk mailbox and related queries effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years banking/financial services experience desirable.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and numerical/analytical skills and have strong MS Word, Access, Excel skills.
- Ability to prepare and present complex information.
- Previous experience in an operational risk, business support, quality assurance or compliance focused role preferable.
- Knowledge of Irish AML regulation/Directives and wider international standards/guidance in support of AML compliance, desirable but is not essential.
