Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful social media campaigns, growing brand presence, and engaging audiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and content, providing regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts, including daily posting, responding to followers, and engaging with influencers and community members.
- Lead a small team of social media coordinators and content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to manage campaigns when necessary.
- Proven experience in running successful social media campaigns with measurable results. Provide examples and data on how you’ve contributed to platform growth and engagement.
- A minimum of 2 years of agency experience in a social media management role.
- Strong understanding of content that works for different brands and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing.
