Job details
The ideal candidate is responsible for the following:
- In depth & practical knowledge in Routing, Switching, Topologies & Protocols
- Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Switch, Router & Network connectivity Security Devices (FW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, NIPS, ADC, LLB etc.)
- Experience in planning, Installation, re-installation & configuration of different types of Networking devices at Customer Premise/DC
- Experience in Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Fixing of of the Network at Customer Premise/DC.
- Experience in NMS for Planning and Preparation of detailed report for SLA management
- Experience in Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of Network infrastructure installed at Customer Premises.
- Experience in OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting of Networking Devices
- Experience in OEM coordination for call logging & replacement of faulty Devices.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations
- Co-ordination skill with customer & stakeholders for any network related issue and providing suggestion/solution.
- 03/ 5 years working experience in LAN & WAN with the relevant switches, routers, network security and certificate on relevant Network / B.E/MCA/Diploma Eng/B.Sc
