SAP Consultant

Job Title : Package Consultant - SAP HANA SCM TM (Transportation Management) Location : Kolkata/Noida/Bangalore Total Years of Experience : 5 to 7 years Relevant Experience : 4+ years Mandatory Skills :

1. Functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA TM (Transportation Management) : Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture related to SAP TM.
2. SAP TM Implementation/Support : Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM, including Order Management , Charge Calculation , Transportation Execution , Freight Settlement , and Finance Integration .
3. End-to-End Configuration in SAP TM : Experience in configuring key areas of SAP TM, including Rail , Road , and Sea Transportation planning , with integrations across other modules such as MM , SD , FI , CO , EWM .
4. Support Project Experience : Extensive experience in incident management , change management , and working with SLAs and priorities. A strong commitment to deliver quality results within the agreed timelines.
5. 3rd Party System Integration : Experience in integrating SAP TM with 3rd party systems using Outbound and Inbound EDI messages , and IDOC error handling .
6. Collaboration with SAP PI/PO : Ability to work closely with SAP PI/PO resources to integrate SAP with external systems.
7. Problem-Solving & Solution Proposals : Ability to provide innovative ideas and solution proposals for business requirements within SAP TM.

• SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Experience : Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
• SAP Best Practices : Understanding of SAP best practices and knowledge in multiple SAP modules and their integrations.
• Multi-Module Expertise : Exposure to multiple SAP modules and their integration with SAP TM.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities : Capacity to manage and deliver on multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Global Team Collaboration : Experience working effectively across multiple time zones with global teams.
• Ticketing Tools : Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira and ServiceNow .

• Candidate must be available for face-to-face interviews at an IBM location as per the account request.
