Salary: EUR75000 - EUR80000 per annum An expanding Property Development company in Kildare is looking to hire an FP&A Manager to join their team. As the FP&A Manager you will provide financial insights and analysis to drive financial performance and strategic decisions within the group. You will also prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, budgets and variance analysis. Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager
  1. FP&A
  2. Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the company.
  3. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  4. Business Partnering
  5. Work closely with senior managers to provide financial insights, guidance, and support for projects.
  6. Develop financial models and scenarios to support business planning, investment decisions, and project evaluation.
  7. Assist in identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and revenue enhancement within construction projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
  9. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data, documentation, and analysis.
Key requirements of the FP&A Manager
  1. 5 plus years experience in a commercial finance role within real estate, engineering or construction.
  2. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for large-scale construction projects.
  3. Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems, with the ability to implement process improvements.
