JR69941 Senior / Product Engineer - Advanced Analytics As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team of innovative engineers. Your primary mission will be to tackle intricate product issues and challenges, ensuring the seamless and flawless release of Micron’s cutting-edge products to both internal and external customers. As a bridge between various departments, you’ll collaborate closely with Technology Development, Global Operation, Fab, and Quality Assurance teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on leading-edge Non-volatile Memory in the industry; to build strong knowledge and understanding of Non-volatile Memory; solve engineering problems using advanced Analytics methods, Machine Learning, Deep Learning. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on New Product Introduction, Test Screens Development, Product Qualification, Yield Improvement, and Key Initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Comprehension of NAND reliability requirement: Understanding of NAND reliability requirements is critical for ensuring that the NAND products meet all the necessary reliability standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with various cross-functional teams such as Fab, NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, NAND Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability team is vital for the holistic development and shipping of end products. Addressing Reliability Failures: Evaluating and addressing reliability failures encountered during qualification with relevant teams to ensure that any issues are quickly identified and resolved, maintaining the high quality and reliability of the products. Data Analysis for Problem-Solving: Utilizing in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis and risk assessment to provide valuable insights into the performance and reliability of the products. Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction: Improving manufacturing test yields, reducing test time, and resolving yield-related issues are critical for cost reduction and meeting yield targets. Reliability and Defectivity Improvement: Driving defectivity reduction during NPI for NAND qualification by documenting Reliability/defectivity failure Mode & Effect Analysis, developing and validating Stress/Screen, New feature validation and deployment, performing electrical failure analysis, understanding root cause, and providing solution space. Team members work in a cross-functional environment. Task Force Leadership: Leading task forces on reliability/defectivity projects related to the Fab process requires ownership within Product Engineering and coordination with multiple teams to address and resolve critical issues during the qualification process. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid technical judgment with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a high-paced environment, adaptable, and deliver results within deadlines. Strong teamwork skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of 3D NAND defect mechanisms, NAND test flows, and manufacturing processes. Candidates with a strong grasp of Machine/Deep Learning, Perl, Linux, Power BI, Tableau skills are advantageous.
