Tharwah is a leading Saudi advisory company with four well-established business lines: Consultancy, Training and Development, Assessment, and Pro HR Service. We've proudly served hundreds of clients in both the government and private sectors, achieving thousands of successful transactions. In August 2024, we will make history as the first Saudi advisory company to be listed in the Saudi Parallel Market with 15% of our shares going public. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience in recruitment, headhunting, and employee onboarding. Must have experience in:

  • Sourcing
  • Screening
  • Interviewing
  • Offer and Onboarding management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates from various sources to match with client requirements.
  • Conduct various screening techniques to ensure matching with requirements.
  • Manage the assessment process and ensure both client and candidate engagement.
  • Manage the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Proven minimum 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Specialist .
  • Preferably those with experience in headhunting agencies and consulting firms.
  • A team player with excellent communication and consulting skills.
