Role Responsibilities

  1. Follow standard processes to accomplish tasks (Understand & follow oral and written directions)
  2. Essential Task Description: (daily tasks and duties) including daily timesheet
  3. Attend & complete assigned tasks within assigned time to the best ability and ensure quality services & customer satisfaction. Leave site clean & neat
  4. Keep customer informed with the task nature & progress upon site arrival & prior leaving work site. Share outstanding issues & suggested enhancements / recommendations
  5. Fill up Job Completion Certificate / Job Card / EH&S site surveys
  6. Inspect air-conditioning units to ensure efficient operation & diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and make recommendations
  7. Make estimates of labor hours & materials required
  8. Prepare Inspection reports (Site condition, SOW & Technical recommendations)
  9. Prepare Technical Reports & Root cause analysis
  10. Possess basic knowledge of computers and cell phone apps
  11. Repair and replace damaged parts
  12. Work independently in the absence of supervision
  13. Perform regularly scheduled maintenance & Maintain maintenance records
  14. Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems; cleans coils, blowers, checks motors, and belt tensions
  15. Work closely with colleagues as part of an integrated team
  16. Recognize safety hazards commonly found in HVAC operations, and identify and implement appropriate controls to ensure safe work
  17. Identify situations that require escalation or elevation to Supervisor or Manager for guidance or need to request additional support
  18. Able to rig & properly set up gantry for safely lifting equipment, overhauling pumps, chillers etc.
  19. Manage & organize machinery tools pickup, delivery, usage & inventory as applicable
  20. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required
  21. Recognize and identify potential risks and hazards associated with performing all work-related duties safely
  22. Attend regular (EH&S / Technical) Trainings & meetings
Role Knowledge
  1. Principles and practices of HVAC equipment's maintenance and repair in line with industry practices & manufacturer's guidelines
  2. Hazard & Safety practices and procedures used in installing, repairing & maintaining HVAC equipment and MSDS sheets.
  3. Overall understanding & practices of tools utilization & management
  4. Preparation & filling of inspection reports / Technical reports
  5. Overall understanding & complying with quality management practices as per company standards & any other applicable quality standards
  6. Good English knowledge in terms of speaking, writing, reading & listening
  7. Communication & inter-personal skills, team player & customer oriented
  8. Basic understanding & knowledge in Metal sheets, electrical, carpentry & Building Automation controls
Minimum Requirements Of Knowledge
  1. 7-10+ Years experience
  2. DX & Airside Equipment
  3. Reciprocating chillers
  4. Screw Chillers
  5. Scroll Chillers
  6. Centrifugal Chillers
