About the job: We seek a dynamic and creative Communications and Events Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Communications and Events, this role will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies and managing high-profile events that align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate communications and event planning background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Events Management:

  • Support the organization of corporate events such as conferences, trade shows, etc.
  • Assist in event logistics, including coordinating venue selection, managing supplier relationships, and tracking budgets.
  • Help develop event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event activities with company objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Collect feedback from attendees and prepare a post-event report for review.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and communication initiatives.
  • Maintain professional relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support event needs.
  • Ensure event materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards, including buildup materials and any branding elements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely and quality delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor event space arrangements, ensuring they meet requirements and reflect the company's image.
  • Oversee event setup and teardown processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
Communications:
  • Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
  • Craft compelling written content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and event collateral.
  • Support the management of the company's online presence, including updates to the corporate website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide analysis and reporting to management.
  • Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and comments in alignment with the company's tone of voice and community management guidelines.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights to improve community interaction.
Profile Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, and event management.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing events of various scales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
