Overall Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to: End-User Virtual Computing Management Manager The End-User Systems Virtual Computing Management Senior Analyst performs complex technical activities related to end user applications, application virtualization, and collaboration technologies. This job provides end-users with enhanced collaboration tools and reduced client costs. Job Description:

Implement or pilot the technology using integrated application streaming, hosting, and isolation technology.
Manage the backup and restoration of databases and end-user data related to the virtual desktop environment.
Manage Installation, Configuration, Management, Maintenance & Licensing for Virtual Desktop. Develop, test, and distribute operating system, application, and security patches as well as device drivers and installers.
Oversee the deployment of application packages to the virtual desktop environment.
Participate in self & others education, training, and development, as applicable.
Follow prescribed system safety and security procedures of the computing environment.
Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skill Education and Experience: 5 years experience in cyber security. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Three (3) years with a Bachelor's degree, or one (1) year with a Master's degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
