Job details

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can perform the following responsibilities:

  1. Prepare financial models
  2. Prepare quotations and send to clients
  3. Co-ordinate with sales team for sales enquiries status
  4. Record all entries in Tally on a daily basis
  5. Submit daily reports on time
  6. Process all payments
  7. Issue ratibi card to new employees once the labour card is processed
  8. Co-ordinate with HR regarding visas for new employees
  9. Update attendance on a daily basis for all employees
  10. Process salaries
  11. File vouchers and documents in the concerned file on a daily basis
  12. File VAT returns
  13. Prepare invoices and delivery documents for clients
  14. Follow up with clients for receivables on a regular basis and collect payments
  15. Prepare cash flows
  16. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  17. Audit financial transactions and documents
  18. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  19. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to the Managing Director
  20. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  21. Co-ordinate with auditors regarding financial audits
  22. Co-ordinate with all team members and assist them with urgent tasks whenever required
  23. Perform any other additional tasks assigned by the Managing Director
  24. Fundraising from financial institutions/banks
