Job details
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can perform the following responsibilities:
- Prepare financial models
- Prepare quotations and send to clients
- Co-ordinate with sales team for sales enquiries status
- Record all entries in Tally on a daily basis
- Submit daily reports on time
- Process all payments
- Issue ratibi card to new employees once the labour card is processed
- Co-ordinate with HR regarding visas for new employees
- Update attendance on a daily basis for all employees
- Process salaries
- File vouchers and documents in the concerned file on a daily basis
- File VAT returns
- Prepare invoices and delivery documents for clients
- Follow up with clients for receivables on a regular basis and collect payments
- Prepare cash flows
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to the Managing Director
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Co-ordinate with auditors regarding financial audits
- Co-ordinate with all team members and assist them with urgent tasks whenever required
- Perform any other additional tasks assigned by the Managing Director
- Fundraising from financial institutions/banks
