Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Restock and refill supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and cleanliness.
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
- Server: 3 years (Preferred)
