Job details

Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
  • Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Developing periodic reports for management.
  • Keeping up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
  • Accounting preparation of monthly/yearly closing.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Good English speaking and reading skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and integrated ERP software.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Cooperative and possesses excellent teamwork ability.
  • High communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stress effectively.
  • Fast learner and precise.
