Job details

Responsibilities

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Developing periodic reports for management.
Keeping up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
Accounting preparation of monthly/yearly closing.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience.
Good English speaking and reading skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and integrated ERP software.
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Cooperative and possesses excellent teamwork ability.
High communication skills.
Ability to handle stress effectively.
Fast learner and precise.
