The Role RAK Academy - Al Hamra is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational Early Years Teacher to join the team. Essential

1. A bachelor's degree with specialty in early years OR bachelor's degree in early childhood studies.
2. If the above qualifications are not available, then a specialization in Primary Education or Education is required.
3. Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
4. Have a proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
5. It is essential to be trained in British Curriculum.
6. Strong ability to use technology to support teaching and learning.
7. Be able to engage, motivate and support children, staff and parents.
8. Be a reflective practitioner with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
9. Be a positive and enthusiastic member of staff.
10. Be willing to be fully involved in extra-curricular activities.
11. Most importantly, fully subscribe to the maxim that “all complex decision-making be based on what constitutes best practice for the child”.

1. Experience of using Google suite, e.g., Google classroom
