Requirements:
- Will be responsible for doing own and overseeing internal and external sales and must manage and control current client database.
- Will be required to visit Fire Departments, Chamber of Commerce offices to establish company footprint in region.
- Must have experience in Online Marketing.
- Be able to learn and do the completion and submissions of Tender Documents.
- Previous experience in similar or same industry would be beneficial.
- Experience in OHS will be an advantage.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Must have a strong understanding of financials and profit margins.
- Technical expertise and knowledge of company products.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills essential.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals.
- Demonstrated success managing inventory, including forecasting and planning.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel, etc.
- Will work on an 80/20 ratio with 80% focused on Sales and 20% on Branch Admin Controls and Management.
