Branch Sales Managers

Requirements:

• Will be responsible for doing own and overseeing internal and external sales and must manage and control current client database.
• Will be required to visit Fire Departments, Chamber of Commerce offices to establish company footprint in region.
• Must have experience in Online Marketing.
• Be able to learn and do the completion and submissions of Tender Documents.
• Previous experience in similar or same industry would be beneficial.
• Experience in OHS will be an advantage.
• Problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment.
• Must have a strong understanding of financials and profit margins.
• Technical expertise and knowledge of company products.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills essential.
• Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals.
• Demonstrated success managing inventory, including forecasting and planning.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel, etc.
• Will work on an 80/20 ratio with 80% focused on Sales and 20% on Branch Admin Controls and Management.
