Recruitment Consultant - Remote

An opportunity exists for a Remote Recruitment Consultant to market candidates and generate new recruitment opportunities in the Manufacturing & Agriculture industries. This opportunity will suit a motivated and self-starting individual who is target driven. There is a basic salary with exceptionally high commission earning potential. Requirements

1. Matric
2. Solid experience recruiting in Manufacturing and Agriculture industries
3. Strong business development & marketing skills
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5. Own car and laptop is necessary.

Duties

1. Client consulting and liaison
2. Marketing of existing candidate profiles
3. New business development
