Remote Inbound Sales & Service Agents

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Customer Service Agents to join this organisation as they revolutionise the Telecommunications marketplace. These roles offer a 2 week training program coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer Experience with both new and existing customers around the launch of new products into the market, activating accounts and supporting them to understand the service options. This is NOT a sales role. Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in a call center position or retail experience in mobile telephony Exceptional customer service skills Superior communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working with mobile phones, plans & data is highly advantageous Experience with social media and online chat is also advantageous A strong work ethic A “Can Do” attitude This position will see you working varied shifts Monday to Saturday 8am – 8pm. You will need a dedicated home office space. The client will provide the rest. On offer is a fantastic basic salary plus home office expenses and data plus the opportunity to earn a commission.
