Senior Practice Accountant | Large Firm | Kilkenny

Our client, a reputable, large independent firm of accountants based in Kilkenny, is currently seeking a strong Practice Accountant/ Audit Senior to join the team. The role and practice will offer excellent work/life balance and autonomy along with genuine career progression to an Audit/Practice Management position.

Key Responsibilities will include:

1. Managing audits – start to finish
2. Preparation of annual accounts for a wide variety of clients – SME to Large Groups
3. Ad hoc work which might arise

About you:

1. You will be a Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CPA
2. Familiarity with relevant accounting/auditing standards
3. Strong communication/client management skills
4. A proven ability to train and mentor junior members of staff
