Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Manage the day-to-day cash flow requirements of the organization, including forecasting cash needs and maintaining appropriate liquidity levels.
  • Monitor and analyze financial market conditions, interest rates, and currency fluctuations to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Execute foreign exchange transactions and hedge foreign currency exposures to minimize exchange rate risk.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate banking facilities, and optimize banking structures to support business operations.
  • Oversee the management of working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory, to optimize cash flow and minimize financing costs.
