Job Purpose: Leading the research, development, and application of specialty fats and industrial margarine to drive product innovation, optimize existing products, and innovate new products to meet market needs for B2B, HORECA, and food service customers. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead R&D projects for specialty fats and margarine in food sectors
  • Optimize products for functionality, texture, and cost-efficiency
  • Provide technical support and conduct trials for customers
  • Monitor market trends for competitive product development
  • Collaborate across teams to meet technical and commercial goals
  • Oversee lab-to-production transitions for efficiency
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Food Science, Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in specialty fats, oils, and margarine manufacturing
  • Expertise in lipid chemistry, crystallization, and emulsification
  • Knowledge of food regulations (ISO, HACCP, GMP, EFSA, RSPO)
  • Experience in pilot plant operations and scale-up
  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
