Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO across business transformation projects, from planning to execution.
• Manage PMO Analysts and oversee programme artefacts and processes.
• Support Programme Manager with governance and senior executive reporting.
• Assist project managers with milestone planning, change controls, and dependencies.
• Monitor programme risks, compliance, and status reporting including regular updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee financials, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Drive benefits realisation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Ensure operational metrics and internal processes are met.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve challenges.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience in a PMO Lead role within financial services, advisory / consulting is an advantage, with a PM and/or Agile qualification.
• Strong financial, stakeholder, and people management experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Clarity, Asana).
