Health Care Digital Transformation (DX) Program Manager

Riyadh, KSA Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience. Project Duration: 5-6 months. Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken). Starting Date: As soon as possible. We are seeking an experienced Health Care Digital Transformation (DX) Program Manager to manage a large portfolio of Digital Transformation initiatives for a 5-6 month engagement. The role involves leading a team of project managers, ensuring alignment with TMO governance , and delivering strategic outcomes. The Program Manager will oversee stakeholder alignment , change management , business process integration , and the establishment of performance monitoring systems .

Key Requirements

15+ years of experience managing and delivering complex Digital Transformation programs.
Proven expertise in healthcare digital transformation , preferably with large hospital groups or health systems.
Strong background in program and project management , with certifications such as PMP , PRINCE2 , or similar.
Extensive experience in the MENA market , with a strong preference for experience in the KSA market .

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in the medical field or related disciplines is preferred.

Other Qualifications

Exceptional leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive project outcomes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse interests.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a large portfolio of healthcare digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with TMO governance frameworks .
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage and mentor a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Stakeholder Alignment

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, hospital leadership, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
Facilitate regular updates and communication to ensure transparency and buy-in.

Change Management

Lead the development and execution of change management strategies to support the adoption of digital solutions.
Address cultural and operational challenges during the transformation process.

Business Process Integration

Ensure seamless integration of new digital tools and processes with existing healthcare operations.
Identify and address gaps in workflows, systems, and data integration.

Performance Monitoring

Develop and implement KPIs and performance monitoring systems to track program success and impact.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on program progress and outcomes.
