Position Title: HR Coordinator Location: 100% remote, preference for candidates from India, Southern Africa,Nigeria or East Africa, Hours per week (average): 40 hours (100% FTE) Our Vision and Mission – WomenLift Health envisions a world where diverse, accomplished leaders collectively transform health outcomes. Our Work – Established in 2019, we work to advance equality in health leadership through a range of actions at the individual, institutional, and societal levels. This includes “Leadership Journeys,” which focus on equipping mid-career women with tools, along with peer, mentor and coach support, to successfully use their voice, expertise and leadership for impact. It includes pushing conversations and partnerships with senior leaders in health institutions, taking steps to prioritize gender equality. It also includes supporting/ convening global conversations about the importance of women’s leadership, amplifying the voices of national and global health leaders including at the bi-annual WomenLift Health Conference. - Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling as needed, ensuring paperwork is completed and filed, providing system access as appropriate..
- Support offboarding procedures, including scheduling exit interviews and coordinating final paperwork.

- Employee Relations:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees across regions and functions on HR-related matters, such as policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Benefits Administration:
- Together with the HR Manager and PEOs, support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and time off policies.

- HRIS and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
- Under the guidance of the HR Manager, support the generation of HR reports

- Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist with HR compliance initiatives, and annual reporting.
- Support the preparation of HR reports as needed.

- Employee Engagement and Development
- Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment cycle, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and responding to inquiries as guided by the HR Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Zoom, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates the ability to work well with diverse colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Commitment to WomenLift Health’s mission, vision, theory of change, and unique positioning in the field
- May require up to 10% travel
