Reference ID QS/LIMER Description Wills Bros are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Limerick team for a large Civil Engineering project. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects
- Monitor and manage project costs, including procurement, contracts, and variations
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist with tendering processes and provide cost advice to clients
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
