This retailer is a credible and popular high street fashion retailer, seeking a driven, on-trend, and passionate Store Manager .
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Manager in the smooth operation of the Concession.
- Work towards sales KPIs and have the ability to drive conversion & ATV in store.
- Exceptional eye for detail to create a visually appealing environment for your customers, with excellent commercial awareness and ability to act accordingly.
- Knowledge of the latest trends & ladies fashion.
- Provide a warm and welcoming customer environment.
- Train and develop the team around you to help them exceed company expectations and grow within the business.
