Our client, a leading global aircraft lessor based in Dublin, is recruiting for a VP or SVP Legal to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most respected aircraft leasing firms.

Overview:

As VP/SVP Legal, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex, cross-border transactions and overseeing the legal aspects of:
  1. Aircraft leasing transactions
  2. Aircraft acquisitions and sales
  3. Aircraft operating leases
  4. Associated financing arrangements
You will be an integral part of a high-performing team, ensuring legal and compliance excellence across the organization's operations.

Requirements

  1. A law degree with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  2. Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
  3. Proven experience in aviation leasing and finance, gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house with an aircraft leasing company.
  4. Strong negotiation and drafting skills in cross-border transactions.
  5. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
  6. Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
