Originally from Germany, studied in the Netherlands, now myself living in Ireland, I am recruiting for a German Inbound Customer Care Agent (Work from Home / Remote) . Perfect for someone with a little bit of Customer Contact experience, let's say from Hospitality or Retail!
Your new challenge
- You will solve issues from customers via phone or email.
- You might have some sales opportunities to maximise.
What we are looking for in you
- A little bit of Customer Contact experience, let's say from Hospitality or Retail
- Friendly, enthusiastic, telephone personality
- Good PC skills
- Fluent German and English
What will you be getting out of this?
- Salary of €24,000 per year with weekly commission
- 6 months contract - from June until December (after possibility of extension, depending on performance and company needs)
- Relocation support - flight refund and hotel nights
- Work from Home / Remote role
- Monday-Friday, 8:30-5, no weekends
