Responsibilities

  1. Daily posting of OVs, Inventory, Manufacturing Completion Batches
  2. Solving integrity issue batches
  3. Daily Printing of inventory reports for G/L, A/P, A/R, F/A
  4. Internal user support & conducting training for new end users
  5. Updating master information of supplier and customer & creating new G/L Accounts & Business Units
  6. Testing of new options/reports developed by IT
  7. Allocation of the cost of shared services business units
  8. Passing re-classification JVs
  9. Pre-financial reports & segment report generation from the system
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector
  2. 4-6 years experience
  3. Accounting, ERP, Microsoft, and English Language proficiency
  4. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  5. Proven command of negotiation skills to build long-lasting partnerships with clients
  6. A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions
  7. Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements
  8. Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
