Key Responsibilities

Prepare/Review Monthly payrolls and redirect payments.
Review/approve third party remittance payments.
Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to address, manage and resolve issues and queries efficiently and timely.
Maintain employee personal accounts like Housing advance, personal deduction & business advances. Prepare end of services calculations for leavers.
Review internal processes: identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements and changes where needed.
Follow internal processes and SOPs; identifying, documenting, and implementing improvements and changes where needed.
Ensure payroll system is up to date and in compliance with local requirements.
Audit payroll reports for each payroll run to confirm accuracy.
Reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
Prepare month & year-end government tax documents and various year-end payroll reports as requested.
Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
Create custom reports and analysis to support various business units.
Initiate and support process improvements within payroll to align with corporate strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders.
Support with payroll system implementation (if any).
Perform complete data transformation prior to migration to payroll system (if any).
Work with team on system upgrade and implementation and reporting requirements.
End to end testing and review of system updates and configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in commerce or accounting
Relevant experience in a supervising role
Good knowledge of KSA & Egypt Laws.
