Job Opportunity: Corporate Account Manager (Cybersecurity/IT) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Managed Services Company We are looking for an experienced Corporate Account Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity/IT solutions to join our team. This role is key to managing and growing relationships with large corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, building long-term relationships.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Collaboration: Work with presales and technical teams to design customized cybersecurity solutions.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance, preparing reports for senior management.
  6. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years in account management, preferably in the cybersecurity/IT domain.
  3. Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value corporate accounts.
  5. Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  6. Local Insight: Strong understanding of the corporate landscape in Riyadh.
