Job details
The Civil Engineer plans, designs, and oversees the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Designs and builds tall buildings and large structures that can withstand all weather conditions. An Ideal Candidate can:
- Develop and review civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading plans, and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to determine the strength, stability, and integrity of building structures and infrastructure components.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate existing conditions, identify constraints, and propose design solutions.
- Recommend appropriate construction materials, methods, and techniques based on project specifications, budget constraints, and environmental considerations.
- Coordinate with architects, other engineering disciplines, and construction teams to integrate civil engineering designs with overall project plans.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory clearances from local authorities and governing agencies.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with design standards, specifications, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and address potential delays or cost overruns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design and construction process.
- Understanding of structural principles and analysis methods to design safe and efficient structures.
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed engineering drawings and plans.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
