Saudi Client Service Manager/Director - Experiential Agency - Middle East

Are you a dynamic and strategic professional ready to make your mark in the Experiential Marketing World ? We’re on the hunt for a Senior Client Services Manager who thrives on building meaningful client relationships, driving impactful strategies, and leading high-performing teams. DNA Recruit is working with an Independent Experiential Agency specializing in activations, hospitality, retail, and conferences worldwide, to find them a dynamic Senior Client Services Manager who will report to their Commercial Director. Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients.
  2. Build authentic, long-term relationships.
  3. Drive growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  4. Develop and present innovative experiential marketing strategies.
  5. Analyze market trends and insights to inform campaigns.
  6. Manage campaign planning and execution to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.
  7. Collaborate with creative and operations teams for seamless delivery.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of client services professionals.
  9. Foster collaboration and adherence to efficient processes.
  10. Deliver detailed reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
  11. Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Arabic-speaking is a plus.
  2. Availability for 3 days per week in Madinah .
  3. Experiential agency experience , preferably with a digital focus .
  4. Proven track record in retaining and growing client accounts.
  5. Charismatic and sales-oriented.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-centric approach.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot.
