- Plan, implement, and optimize various online marketing campaigns, focusing on Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Conduct regular campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Conduct monthly forecasting by channel.
- Utilize scripts and other automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain keyword bids, daily and monthly budget allocations, impression share, quality scores, and other essential account metrics.
- Oversee the creation of extensive keyword lists.
- Provide strategic recommendations and implement strategies for keyword opportunities (search), campaign structure, targeting, placements, bidding, and other aspects of paid search and social.
- Create standardized reports to track and measure digital channel performance.
- Generate ideas to enhance performance and implement them: A/B tests on banners, videos, ad copies, and landing pages.
- 3+ years’ experience with PPC (Google Ads, GDN, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn) and Digital Analytics, preferably in B2B.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio (ex-Google Data Studio).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Analytical mindset and creative thinker to strategize and execute A/B tests within campaigns.
- Strong Excel knowledge (at least lookups and pivot tables).
- Passionate about exploring data to find insights.
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative demeanour, and ability to work in distributed, multi-functional, multinational teams with the ability to articulate a point of view.
