Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity, ensuring high-quality deliverables across digital and print platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with different teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging graphics for digital, social media, print, and marketing materials.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and artwork that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver compelling designs.
Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand identity, voice, and aesthetic.
Prepare files for print and web, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
Maintain consistency and quality across all designs and ensure they are delivered on time.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand design fresh and innovative.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute creative ideas.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (2+ years).
Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a variety of media (digital, print, etc.).
Proficient in Graphic design tool Canva.
Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices is a plus.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and implement feedback.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with animation and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design concepts is an advantage.
Experience in branding, logo design, and marketing campaigns.
