  1. Ensuring that reports are analysed and presented in a way that highlights critical problems and opportunities for effective execution of the project.
  2. Establishing and implementing methods for collecting information across the project.
  3. Analyze construction data and provide insights to the project team.
  4. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports using dashboards.
  5. Overseeing the completion of project milestones leveraging tools / automation and best practices.
  6. Ensuring uniform and consistent reporting on the project between the client, contractor and project teams.
  7. Reviewing the contractor's look-ahead schedules and comparing them with the approved baseline schedules.
  8. Using Primavera to analyze and represent the statistical data in easily comprehensible tables, charts and curves.
  9. Identifying and analyzing various project key performance indicators and metrics.
  10. Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to gather construction information.
  11. Minimum 10 years of experience.
