Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 8+ years Project Duration: 6-9 months Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken). Starting Date: As soon as possible. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Revenue Management - Senior Consultant for a 6-9 month engagement . The role involves leading the development and implementation of Enterprise Revenue Management processes while leveraging industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue management frameworks, process optimization, and enterprise-level strategy implementation. Key Requirements

  1. Proven experience in Enterprise Revenue Management processes, including development and implementation.
  2. Strong knowledge of industry best practices in revenue management.
  3. Minimum of 8 years of total professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated experience in process optimization and operational excellence.
  2. Experience in managing large-scale transformation or digital implementation projects.
Other Qualifications
  1. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex enterprise-level projects.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Revenue Management Processes
    • Lead the design and rollout of Enterprise Revenue Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
    • Define and document process workflows, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to ensure successful process integration and alignment.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all ERM-related initiatives.
  3. Optimization and Best Practices
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization.
    • Leverage industry insights to recommend and implement state-of-the-art revenue management strategies.
  4. Training and Knowledge Transfer
    • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the newly developed processes and systems.
    • Develop a knowledge transfer plan to ensure sustainability and scalability of implemented solutions.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of revenue management processes.
    • Generate reports to provide actionable insights and updates to senior management.
