Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for an Excellence Manager for a client in Riyadh, KSA. Kindly review the job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully. Must-Have:

8+ years of experience working as an Excellence Manager with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experienced with corporate excellence, quality management, and performance management.
Proven expertise in data analysis utilizing Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc., and change management with a strong understanding of quality standards & frameworks i.e. ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications in excellence and quality frameworks (e.g., EFQM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO Internal Auditor, KPI Institute).
