SAP HANA Business Analyst - Senior Consultant

Riyadh, KSA Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 8+ years Project Duration: 6-9 months Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken). Starting Date: As soon as possible. We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Business Analyst - Senior Consultant to support the implementation of SAP HANA solutions for manufacturing, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) , and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes. This role is for a 6-9 month engagement , requiring strong expertise in SAP HANA, business analysis, and process optimization to deliver innovative and efficient solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in implementing SAP HANA solutions , specifically for manufacturing, MRO, and PPM processes.
Strong expertise in business analysis , including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Specialist - SAP HANA or similar credentials.
Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies .

Other Qualifications

Strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for manufacturing, MRO, and PPM processes.
Document current workflows and identify areas for improvement.

SAP HANA Implementation

Design and implement SAP HANA solutions tailored to client-specific needs in manufacturing and project management.
Configure and customize SAP modules to optimize workflows and system performance.

Process Optimization

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Provide recommendations for streamlining manufacturing and MRO processes using SAP HANA capabilities.

Testing and Validation

Develop test cases and conduct system testing to ensure seamless implementation.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the engagement.
Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Knowledge Transfer and Support

Deliver training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of SAP HANA solutions.
