Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent service delivery of HR Ops back office and local business services to all concerned parties.
  • Collaborate with local HR to support the employee life-cycle in designated activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, labor law, and position management principles. Maintain proper workflows & SLAs with other HR work streams for smooth delivery.
  • Execute activities in the following verticals in designated areas:
Employee Services
  • Centralized e-filing administration and routing P-file documents from locations.
  • Employee document authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips, etc.).
  • Onboard new hires on HR systems.
  • Manage vacation benefits.
  • Health certification administration.
  • Administer disciplinary letters.
  • Manage employee exit and clearance procedures.
  • Handle medical insurance and GOSI deletion of enrollment.
  • Report GOSI injuries.
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage job fairs and local institution hiring.
  • Coordinate preboarding & onboarding support for locations (including offer letters, contract preparation, pre-joining medical checks, etc.).
  • Manage medical, life insurance, and GOSI new hire enrollment.
  • Provide payroll-related inputs (T&A, leaves, HR-related one-time payments, etc.).
  • Oversee all benefits enrollment.
HR Operations and Service Delivery
  • Act as an integral part of HR Ops team projects and deliverables.
  • Serve as a focal point for the accounts HR operations deliverables.
  • Manage all requested reporting for the accounts deliverables.
  • Enhance processes and identify digital opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general professional experience in HR, preferably in HR operations.
  • Strong customer interface skills, focusing on employee experience excellence.
  • Time management abilities to focus on critical business tasks and handle conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Technical/functional skills and knowledge of HR tools and interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent English language skills (writing, reading, and speaking).
  • MUST BE ABLE TO GO OUT OF THE OFFICE TO GOVERNMENT ENTITIES AND OTHER BUSINESS-RELATED JOBS AS NEEDED.
