We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in software automation architecture and integration solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of efficient DevSecOps practices, manage complex development efforts, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of software applications. Your expertise will help streamline our development processes, enhance system performance, and foster collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex software automation architecture initiatives and facilitate whiteboarding sessions.
- Design and implement technical and integration architectures, focusing on development, runtime, and operational efficiencies.
- Establish coding and documentation standards for the DevOps development team.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business system applications.
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements, costs, and resources.
- Plan application architecture focusing on system partitioning and optimal solution design.
- Analyze, design, and implement streamlined DevSecOps practices across the organization.
- Manage and monitor DevOps platform technologies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures governing DevOps technologies.
- Enhance build and deployment automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Engage in product technical design, prototyping, software development, and bug resolution.
- Conduct thorough system analysis requiring extensive research.
- Provide ongoing technical support for new and existing applications.
- Offer estimates and budgeting for task-level efforts and product initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of software solutions into production.
- Develop and test applications based on business and industry best practices.
- Create necessary technical documentation to support processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related role.
- Strong experience in software automation architecture.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
