Job Purpose Manage efficiently the company's financial transactions, trade documents, and bank accounts while ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth treasury operations. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the company's bank accounts, ensuring that they are consistent with the company's financial needs.
  • Follow up on available credit facilities, such as loans, line of credit, letters of guarantee and documentary credits.
  • Preparing and monitoring daily treasury functions and activities related to payment operations, collections and reconciliation of the company accounts.
  • Set up a new Letter of Credit (LC) and Letter of Guarantees (LG)
  • Prepare and develop related Standard Office Procedures (SOP), handbook, guidelines.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage all trade financial instruments (LC, Stand-by LC, Bid Bond, Performance Bonds, etc.)
  • Prepare LC application for bank submission for IMPORT LC.
  • Prepare the full set of L/C negotiation documents for bank submission for EXPORT LC.
  • Management of trade / shipping documents/ discrepancies/ acceptances, etc.
  • Recording trade data and ensuring accuracy of various reports/calculations.
  • Keep track of LC/LG data, timely follow up and renewals.
  • LC related Account Receivable / Account Payable checks.
  • Maintain proper filing of documentation (hard and soft copies)
  • Supporting necessary auditing, internal compliance requirements and procedures
  • Ensure all documentation and communication processes are following internal procedures & controls.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Treasury Manager/Senior Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Preferably banking experience of LC/SBLC/LG and UCP600/ISP98/URDG758
  • Good knowledge in shipping documents, import and export documentation in any industry.
  • Good knowledge of international commodity trade (INCOTERMS, trade finance etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
Skills & Competencies
  • Able to work independently and a great team player.
  • Meticulous with an attitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively meeting prompt deadlines.
