Job Responsibilities

Meet the daily target for production from morning meeting or instructions from superiors.
Assemble the product as per the SOPs, work instructions, and/or routing provided with the work orders.
Check the kit to ensure all the material is available as per drawing.
Perform operations like wire cutting, bundling wires, crimping, soldering, HST/boot/TMS shrinking, braiding, and connectorization within the time allotted.
Ensure all assembly work meets IPC 610/620 requirements and/or customer requirements.
Report problems and issues as per the QMS process and escalate them to avoid delays.

Skills

Knowledge/Experience in using basic electrical tools like Wire Cutter/Stripper, Crimper, Soldering, Heat gun, use of multi-meters, and general electrical instruments.
Good English communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Understanding of basic drawing, wire schematics, and bill of materials.
Ability to work in a group/assembly line with daily targets.
Ability to work alone with minimum supervision while meeting daily targets.
Good professional attitude and capability to cope with tight schedules and timelines.
Good logical analysis skills.
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (Desirable but not a prerequisite).
IPC 610/620 Experience/Certified (Desirable but not a prerequisite).
