Job Summary : The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing human resources operations in the company, including recruitment, employee affairs management, document preparation, and document management. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruitment: The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the recruitment process in the company, including advertising job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews with candidates, shortlisting suitable candidates, and forwarding them to the Head of the Human Resources Department.
  • Employee Affairs Management: Handles all aspects of employee management, including performance review, monthly employee evaluation procedures, and addressing employee issues and inquiries.
  • Government Entities: Deals with all government entities related to human resources, such as social insurance (adding and excluding participants), labor office (monitoring compliance and contract documentation), Ministry of Labor (issuing work visas, renewing work permits, contract monitoring), and Absher (renewing and issuing residence permits, issuing final exit visas, exit and re-entry visas, updating resident data).
  • Document Management: Manages employee files and maintains their records and documents, including personal information, contracts, work permits, health licenses, and any other relevant documents.
  • Document Preparation: Writes and prepares letters related to employee affairs, such as employee introduction letters, salary introduction letters, salary confirmation letters, and others.
  • Resident Affairs: Handles resident affairs such as renewing work permits, renewing residence permits, issuing work visas, issuing final exit visas, and exit and re-entry visas.
  • Supporting JISR and HR System: Inputs and updates employee data and manages attendance and leave in the JISR system or any other HR system used in the company
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including creating and using complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including contract management, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Immediately available.
