Overview:
Element is offering a comprehensive one-year internship program for fresh graduates in Saudi Arabia. As an intern, you will be involved in entry-level tasks supporting Element's laboratory operations, gaining hands-on experience in HR. The program lasts for one year and includes both in-house responsibilities and occasional site visits. This opportunity is available to fresh graduates based in Dammam and Jeddah who hold a diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR.Responsibilities:
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes within the business unit including performance management, people development, recruitment, and Employee relations activity.
- Acts as an efficient point of contact for managers and employees in the business unit and builds strong business partnership relationships within the business unit leadership and maintains confidentiality as required.
- Support HR manager in day-to-day activities and HR projects as required.
- Proactively coordinate and maintain a clean HRIS system and ensure efficient employee documentation.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder (Saudi national) with a diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR.
- Highly motivated and passionate about being part of a global TIC organization.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Committed to completing the one-year program and fulfilling assigned roles diligently.
