Managing Partner (Ai Startup) Type: Equity-Based Role About USAM: USAM is an innovative AI-powered EdTech startup empowering individuals to Learn, Grow, and Earn through gamified education, AI-driven career tools, and freelancing featuring Ai Guiding, Ai Coaching, and Ai Learning Paths.   • We are seeking a Managing Partner to provide strategic guidance and actively support USAM's funding journey, including the current seed investment round ($1M) and future rounds,
  • This individual will leverage their expertise and connections to foster relationships with angel investors, VCs, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Funding Support: Provide advice and guidance throughout seed and future investment rounds, including strategy, pitch refinement, and investor negotiations.
  • Network Expansion: Use your relationships to connect USAM with angel investors, venture capital firms, and ecosystem enablers in KSA.
  • Strategic Growth: Offer insights and recommendations to help achieve significant market penetration and user acquisition in our target regions.
  • Market Advisory: Support in identifying opportunities and partnerships that enhance USAM's reach and credibility.
  • Governance: Actively participate in board meetings and provide feedback on key decisions related to funding, growth, and operational strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in supporting startups or early-stage companies in fundraising and market scaling.
  • Strong connections with investors, VCs, and key players in KSA.
  • Experience in strategic advisory roles, particularly in EdTech, career, or freelancing sectors.
  • Passionate about startups and social impact initiatives.
