Treatments

  1. Performing the following treatments: Brow shaping, Tinting, Brow lamination, and Brow Henna.
  2. Provide consultation and offer professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
  3. Walk clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
  4. Address client needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
  5. Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
  6. Promote and up-sell products, services, and packages where necessary.
  7. Manage and maintain the salon's tidiness and cleanliness.
  8. Identify and roll out new and innovative beauty treatments as per market trends.
  9. Perform the above treatments on any customer in Brau. salon only.
  10. Participate in marketing events including but not limited to pop-ups, complementary treatments for influencers and models, photo shoots.
  11. Assess new artists and onboard them on Brau. services.
  12. Provide training to Brau artists when required and monitor artists to ensure high quality level of treatments at all times.
Customer Experience & Operations
  1. Provide training to Brau support staff as required to upskill their knowledge and provide customers with a seamless experience.
  2. Build and roll out a framework for consultations.
  3. Optimize standard operating procedures and Brau customer journey.
  4. Build a cadence structure and support in conducting meetings as required.
