We're Hiring! Join Our Team in Two Exciting Roles!

1. Data Collector

Type: Project Basis, On-Site Start Date: February Compensation: Payment based on the number of surveys completed About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Collector to conduct physical interviews across Saudi Arabia to collect quantitative survey data. This flexible, project-based position allows you to work according to your own schedule, with compensation based on the number of surveys filled. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-person interviews to gather quantitative data.
  2. Ensure accurate data collection and entry.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the data collected.
  4. Travel within the assigned region to meet respondents (having a car is preferable).
  5. Adhere to the project timelines and guidelines.
  6. Prepare and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Previous experience in data collection is advantageous but not mandatory.

2. Call Operator

Type: Full-Time About the Role: Seeking an experienced Call Operator to manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a background in a call center or similar customer service environment. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively contacting customers to update and maintain our database.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. High school diploma or higher; relevant training is a plus.
  4. Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is desirable.
