Operation Manager Location: Riyadh, KSA The Operation Manager will be responsible for handling the Warehouse, Inventory, Stock, Production, and Fleet Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
  • Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.
  • Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
  • Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.
  • Develops warehouse operations systems by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes.
  • Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.
  • Monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
  • Coordinates with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock, avoiding stock shortages and overstock situations.
  • Analyzes sales trends, customer demand, and market conditions to forecast future inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to understand customer demand and ensure that stock levels align with anticipated sales volumes.
  • Implements and maintains efficient inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles, and proper storage practices.
  • Develops and implements innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Collaborates with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
  • Ensures that factory machinery is in good working order.
  • Analyzes production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Prepares production reports and submits them to key decision-makers.
  • Regularly inspects finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
  • Motivates factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
  • Devises fleet management strategies for the company and ensures its timely execution.
  • Ensures efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the fleet management system in place and makes changes to improve the same.
  • Uses KPIs for the supply-chain network and ensures that the return on investment is maximized.
  • Monitors and updates all kinds of records of fleet tracking systems.
  • Adheres to national, regional, and company-wide rules and regulations while performing fleet management services.

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  3. Good management, team handling, and communication skills.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing stock counts, reconciliations, and data entry tasks.
  5. Qualification: Graduate/PG.
  6. Minimum experience: 12-15 years.
  7. Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
